The people who will be with you
You are about to let somebody drive your mother to hospital and sit with her while a doctor explains something frightening. You should know who that person is before they knock on the door.
Everyone here is named, with their photograph, the languages they speak and how long they have been doing this. Ask for a particular person and you will get them wherever the calendar allows.
We are writing up the team introductions now. In the meantime, ring us and you will speak to one of them.
How we choose people
- Everyone is from Seremban or has lived here long enough to know which counter is which.
- Female companions are available for every service, at no extra cost and with no need to explain why.
- Nobody gives medical opinions. If you ask one of us what we would do, we will tell you to ask the doctor, and then help you ask it properly.
- What happens in a consultation room stays between you, your doctor and whoever you have told us to keep informed.
