Flying in for treatment
Malaysia welcomed around 1.6 million healthcare travellers in 2025, and close to a million of them came from Indonesia. Most land at KLIA — which is 54 km from Seremban, under an hour by road, and considerably closer than most of Kuala Lumpur.
We meet you at the arrival hall with your name on a board, drive you to accommodation we have already checked, get you a local SIM card and some ringgit, and take you to your first appointment. If you are travelling with family, we look after them too.
What we take off your hands
Airport meet and transfer
We wait in the arrival hall with your name on a board and drive you straight to your accommodation in Seremban.
Appointment companion and interpreter
Someone sits with you through registration, the wait, the consultation and the pharmacy queue — and writes down what was said.
A place to stay near your hospital
Vetted apartments and homestays within a few minutes of the hospital, with a kitchen, a lift, and room for the family who came with you.
Hospital runs around Seremban
Door to door and back again for a scan, a blood test, a dressing change or a follow-up.
Discharge and recovery support
The week after surgery, when you are not ready to fly and the hospital has sent you back to your room.
Dialysis and regular treatment travel
The same driver, three times a week, who knows your chair time and does not need reminding.
Arrival essentials
A local SIM card, ringgit in your hand, groceries in the fridge and a hot halal meal on your first night.
Why Seremban rather than Kuala Lumpur
Closer to the airport
Seremban is 54 km from KLIA. Most Kuala Lumpur hospitals are further, and the traffic getting to them is far worse.
It costs less to stay
Accommodation, food and transport in Seremban run well below Kuala Lumpur prices. Over a week or two that gap is substantial.
Serious hospitals
Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar is the state referral centre. Columbia Asia, KPJ, Mawar and NSCMH all operate here, and Sunway is building a 250-bed hospital at Seremban Sentral.
A calmer town
After surgery, a small town with light traffic and patient people is a better place to recover than a capital city.

Common questions
How far is Seremban from the airport?
About 54 km from KLIA and KLIA2, which is 50 to 60 minutes by car. That is closer than much of Kuala Lumpur, and the road is a straight run down the expressway.
Can you help with the visa?
We are not immigration agents and we cannot lodge applications for you. What we can do is help you gather the supporting documents hospitals issue, explain what is usually asked for, and point you to the official sources. Always check the current rules with the Malaysian mission in your country.
Do you help with the hospital bill or insurance?
We can sit with you while you go through an estimate, make sure you have asked what is and is not included, and help you chase paperwork the insurer wants. We do not negotiate on your behalf and we never handle your money for hospital payments.
