How we help

Book one thing, or let us handle the whole trip. Every price below is a real price, not a starting point for bargaining.

Airport meet and transfer

We wait in the arrival hall with your name on a board and drive you straight to your accommodation in Seremban.

KLIA and KLIA2 to anywhere in Seremban is about 54 km and takes 50 to 60 minutes. We track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing and we are still there when you land.

The car is clean, air-conditioned and quiet. We can fit a folding wheelchair, and we have done enough of these trips to know that someone who has just flown in for surgery does not want conversation.

The price covers the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and up to 90 minutes of waiting after your flight lands.

Appointment companion and interpreter

Someone sits with you through registration, the wait, the consultation and the pharmacy queue — and writes down what was said.

This is the heart of what we do. A companion meets you at the hospital entrance, handles registration and paperwork, waits with you, goes into the consultation if you want them there, and makes sure you leave with every prescription and referral you were meant to get.

We speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Bahasa Indonesia. Tamil can be arranged with notice.

Afterwards you get a written summary — what the doctor said, what happens next, when to come back, and photographs of any letters. If your family is overseas, we send it to them too.

Female companions are available and can be requested at no extra cost.

A place to stay near your hospital

Vetted apartments and homestays within a few minutes of the hospital, with a kitchen, a lift, and room for the family who came with you.

Hotel rooms are a poor fit for medical stays. You need a kitchen so a diabetic patient can eat properly, a lift because stairs after surgery are not happening, and space for the two or three relatives who travelled with you.

We keep a list of apartments and homestays we have personally walked through, all within about ten minutes of the Seremban hospitals. Halal kitchens, wheelchair access and ground-floor units can all be requested.

We pass on the owner's price and add a flat coordination fee — we do not mark up the rent.

Hospital runs around Seremban

Door to door and back again for a scan, a blood test, a dressing change or a follow-up.

Grab is fine when you are well. It is not fine at 6:30 in the morning for a fasting blood test, or coming out of a procedure feeling unsteady, or in the rain with a walking frame.

We pick up from the door, help into and out of the car, wait however long the appointment takes, and bring you home. Wheelchairs and walking frames are no trouble.

Written updates for family overseas

The same day, in your language: what the doctor said, what happens next, and photographs of every letter.

This is included free with every appointment companion booking, and it is the thing families abroad tell us matters most.

Within a few hours of the appointment you receive a message with a plain summary of the consultation, the medicines prescribed and what they are for, the date of the next visit, anything the doctor asked the family to do, and clear photographs of prescriptions, referral letters and test results.

If you want to speak to us after reading it, we will call you at a time that suits your timezone.

Discharge and recovery support

The week after surgery, when you are not ready to fly and the hospital has sent you back to your room.

Discharge is where medical travel goes wrong. The operation went well, the hospital needs the bed, and suddenly you are in an apartment in a foreign town with drains still in and a follow-up in four days.

We check in daily, collect medicines, drive you to dressing changes and suture removal, arrange food that fits your dietary restrictions, and keep your family informed. If something does not look right, we get you back to the hospital quickly — we are not nurses and we will not pretend to be, but we know when to stop waiting.

Dialysis and regular treatment travel

The same driver, three times a week, who knows your chair time and does not need reminding.

Dialysis patients travel more than anyone — three sessions a week, every week, often for years. Seremban has good renal services, and visitors on holiday dialysis need a reliable way to get to them.

We run a standing weekly booking: the same driver, the same pickup time, four hours of waiting built in, and home again. For visiting patients we can also help arrange a chair at a Seremban centre before you arrive.

From RM 450 a week for three return sessions

Arrival essentials

A local SIM card, ringgit in your hand, groceries in the fridge and a hot halal meal on your first night.

Small things, but they are the difference between arriving and coping. We sort out a prepaid SIM with data so your family can reach you, take you to change money at a fair rate rather than the airport counter, stock the apartment with what you actually eat, and bring dinner on the first night so nobody has to go looking for food after a long flight.

We can also point you to a surau or church nearby, and tell you which shops stay open late.

Cheaper as a package

Most people need several of these at once. Our packages bundle them for less than booking one at a time.
