The small print people forget to ask about
- All prices are in Malaysian ringgit and include fuel, tolls and parking.
- Waiting time is part of the price. We do not charge you extra because the hospital ran late.
- Any extra hours are agreed with you before they start, not after.
- Accommodation is charged at the owner's price plus a flat coordination fee. We do not mark up rent.
- For bookings over RM 500, half is paid up front and half when the work is done.
- Changing a date is free. A same-day cancellation with no notice is charged at half.
- We take no payment of any kind from hospitals or doctors.
